NARTYS Т-4N  and  NARTYS Т-4N DV

The unique solution to increase the protection against pathogens, to extend the shelf life and to maintain original flavour properties of meat products that does not contain sodium nitrite. These additives can be applied in ready to eat heat-treated products, for example: cooked turkey ham, fried chicken, chicken sausage products and others.

NARTYS T-4N DV is an improved version of the additive NARTYS T-4N that contains dehydrated (dry) vinegar – natural preservative that provides more powerful protecting and maintaining effect to the meat products without sodium nitrite.
