On the 3rd of August 2018 in Kaliningrad Region our company has given a seminar “Modern trends and innovative solutions in the fish-processing industry”.
The agenda included:
- Innovative technological solutions for manufacturing of fish products. Blend formulae. Tastings. Optimization of the technological process. A special focus was made on new products in the group of light-salted fish, canned fish, seafood of different price segments within the frameworks of import substitution programme.
- Technical regulations. Basic premises and clarifications (AtlantNIRO).
- Modern materials and packaging methods. Effective solutions on the maintenance of qualitative and economical characteristics of fish products.
- Effective solutions in the sphere of hygiene and sanitation of food manufacturing. Preparations, services, facilities, equipment.
During the second part of the seminar a workshop on cooking of different fish dishes and their tasting in the culinary club «Три хвоста» (Tri hvosta) in one of the most picturesque places of Kaliningrad Region was held.
The representatives of different businesses of the Region have visited our event.
